With the new year just around the corner, it will soon be time to think about your New Year's Resolutions, and many of you will decide that 2025 will be the year you start going to the gym and getting in shape. This panel is here to tell you just what all those weights and machines are used for, and what you should be doing to gain strength and build a healthier lifestyle. We will be discussing the science-based approaches to weight training, cardio, diet, and workout motivation, with a Q&A section for any other questions you may have about getting in shape. The material will be geared towards beginners, but furries of all fitness levels are welcome to attend!
